Also visible to the right is PRR engine #920, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata in July of 1917 and retired in 1959. |

Photo Caption: "On the eve of dieselization, M-1a 6783 had somehow escaped relocation of her turbo-generator and still presented an authentic PRR front end. Photographer [Robert R.] Malinoski caught up with her on Middle Division train M-9 at 2:13 p.m. on October 11, 1956, a mile east of Newport, Pa., with consist of 59 cars."
