Here is the third of three vintage postal cards depicting the tale of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2500, an H-6A (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during 1903 and retired in January of 1929 after 26 years of service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. |
