It was published originally in 1947. Depicted in the center is PRR engine #5901, an EP-20 built by GM-EMD in September of 1945, rated at 2,000 horsepower, and presently on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. Also depicted is PRR engine #6184, a Q-2 (4-4-6-4) "Duplex" built in Juniata during April of 1945 and retired in December of 1953. |
