Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6440, a J-1 (2-10-4) "Texas" built in Juniata during October of 1943 and retired in February of 1960. Missing are its main rods, bell, keystone number plate, and dignity. William P. Nixon Collection #50448. |
