Description:
Here is the front cover of the October 1955 issue of "Pennsy" magazine. The photographer is not identified. Photo Caption: "Harry O. Lindgren, yard conductor, Chicago Division, has been on the Railroad 18 years. A former football player, his is married, has two daughters, and devotes all of his spare time to his family." Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9805, #9573, and another unit whose road number is not recorded. #9805 is an EF-15A built by GM-EMD in March of 1951 and rated at 1,500 horsepower. #9573 is a BF-15 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in March of 1949, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in December of 1963.
