Shown here (R to L) are Conrail engines #2013 and #1924. Both are B23-7's built by General Electric and rated at 2,250 horsepower each. #2013 was constructed in September of 1979, while #1924 was built in May of 1978. In this context, they're pulling a southbound freight train through Mamaroneck, New York. |
