Here is the back cover of a pamphlet published by the Pennsylvania Railroad entitled "100 Years of Progress in Modern Railroading." Covering the years 1833 to 1933, it was distributed during the Chicago World's Fair of 1933-1934. Included here is a description of the PRR's exhibit ~ which featured a full-sixed steam locomotive cab, position-light signals, five mural paintings, four three-dimensional dioramas, as well as a frieze around the exhibit painted in the PRR's standard red and gold! |
