Description:  Personal PC. Here is a postal card entitled "Steam Locomotives, Henry Ford Museum." Postmarked: 12 July 1964. Sent to me by Thomas Harry Lantz of Duncansville, Pennsylvania. Caption On Reverse: "Three stages of steam locomotive development in the United States are represented by the tiny DE WITT CLINTON, one of the first built and operated (1831); the SAM HILL (directly behind), typical of the Civil War period (1860); and the huge ALLEGHENY 1601, one of the largest and last built (1941). The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village; Dearborn, Michigan."
