Extra Board. Here is the third of three images of photos that were taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 2023. The photographer is not identified. Prominent here is Norfolk Southern engine #621, an RP-M4C built by GM-EMD in February of 1979. In this context, it's pulling a mixed-cargo freight train from Hollidaysburg to Altoona.
