It's just returned from a passenger helper run up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin where it was uncoupled and returned here, to be turned around, for yet another run up "The Mountain." Visible beyond it are several other locomotives that are also poised for helper/pusher runs. Beyond them are the 17th Street Bridge and several of the PRR's 12th Street Car Shops.
