Meadows. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Engine Service Tracks at Meadows Yard near Kearny, New Jersey, on 19 September 1953. The photographer is not identified. Prominent here is PRR engine #4726, a P-5A (2-C-2) built by Baldwin-Westinghouse during December of 1932, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in May of 1963. Two more PRR locomotives are also visible here. At the far left is #4747, a P-5A (Modified) built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in March of 1935, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in April of 1962. At the far right is #4806, a GG-1 built by General Electric in June of 1935 and rated at 4,620 horsepower. ("Stoneborobranch"; #12 of 32)

Prominent here (L to R) are PRR engines #4907, #4747, and #4726. #4907 is a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) electric built in Juniata during August of 1940 and rated at 4,620 horsepower. #4747 and #4726 are both 2-C-2 electrics built by Baldwin-Westinghouse and rated at 3,750 horsepower each. #4747 is a P-5A (Modified) built in March of 1935 and retired in April of 1962, while #4726 is a P-5A constructed in December of 1932 and retired in May of 1963.
