French. Here is an original photo by Harold Buckley, Jr., that was taken in Richmond, Indiana, on 21 August 1960. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9821, an EF-15A built by GM-EMD in May of 1951, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in December of 1967 after just 16 years of revenue service.
