Description:
FSF. Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken from the 4th Street Footbridge in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in August of 1977. Notable in the center of the photo is Conrail engine #6232, an SD45 built by GM-EMD as Pennsylvania Railroad number "6232" in January of 1968, rated at 3,600 horsepower, and owned successively by the Penn Central and Conrail under its original road number.
