Here is the first of four original photos that I took in Llanberis, Wales, on 29 July 1977. Shown here (R to L) is Snowdon Mountain Railway engine #4 and another locomotive whose road number is not recorded. Snowdon Mountain Railway, #4 of 4, 1977 |
| Description: |
Here is the fourth of four original photos that I took near Llanberis, Wales, on 29 July 1977. Prominent here is the serpentine right-of-way of the Snowdon Mountain Railway as it winds its way up to the summit of Mount Snowdon. The upper path is the route to the summit for adventuresome tourists. The white specks discernable in the upper pasture are actually free ranging sheep! |
