It was published originally in the August 1973 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 35. Top Photo Caption: "Twelve cars of commuters were routine for CNJ's Train Masters. No. 2409 heads south into Matawan, N.J., on NY&LB in July 1965." Photo by Don Wood. CNJ engine #2409 is an H-24-66 Train Master built by Fairbanks-Morse in March of 1956 and rated at 2,400 horsepower.
