Here is page three of a seven-page cover article by Henry F. Dimmler entitled "Pennsy's New Juice Jacks." It was published originally in the February 1954 issue of "Trains & Travel" magazine, page 17. Photo Caption: "Westinghouse incorporated into its first Ignitron-rectifier locomotives, No. 4995 (below) and 4995, a unique B-B-B wheel arrangement which enables the E3b's to hold track with tenacity." Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4995 is an E-3B electric built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in June of 1951, rated at 3,000 horsepower, and retired in June of 1965 after just 14 years of revenue service.
