Here is page two of a two-page article entitled "50th Anniversary: New York Tunnels And Pennsylvania Station." It was published originally in the September-October 1960 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 21. Illustration Caption: "How PRR tracks reach Manhattan. The underwater sections, though usually called tunnels, are really tubes, suspended in silt. From Bergen Hill to Penn Station, there are two separate single-track tunnels. Eastward from Penn Station are four single-track tunnels."
