Here is the 29th of 32 color prints of calendar art works that were commissioned by the Pennsylvania Railroad from 1925 through 1958. Shown here is Grif Teller's painting entitled "Pittsburgh Promotes Progress." It was published originally in 1954. Depicted here (L to R) are PRR engine #5887 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are EP-22's built by GM-EMD and rated at 2,250 horsepower each. #5887 was constructed in April of 1950.
