Portraits 2. Here is a diesel locomotive portrait by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Chicago, Illinois, on 27 March 1967. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2652 and #2206. #2652 is a GF-25 built by General Electric in November of 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower, while #2206 is an EF-22 constructed by GM-EMD in March of 1963 and rated at 2,250 horsepower.
