Portraits 3. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via Harold K. Vollrath that was taken at the 46th Street Enginehouse in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in February of 1941. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3130 and a K-4S "Pacific" whose road number is not recorded. #3130 is a B-8A (0-6-0T) tank switcher built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as a B-8 (0-6-0) during June of 1906, rebuilt as a B-8A (0-6-0T) in March of 1925, and retired in September of 1950 after 44 years of faithful service.
