Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9812 and four other units whose road numbers are not recorded. #9812 is an EF-15A built by GM-EMD in April of 1951, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and retired in October of 1967 after just 16 years of revenue service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
