Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at "Delaware Avenue" in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 23 October 1948. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9340, a GS-4 switcher built by General Electric in September of 1948, rated at 380 horsepower, and retired in December of 1964 after just 16 years of revenue service. Partially visible at the left is Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy Railroad box car #35382. Roy Healey Collection; #16 of 16.
