Dietz's 2001 book entitled "Firing On The Pennsy: A Fireman On The Pennsylvania Railroad Describes The 'Last Hurrah' Of The Steam Engine 1943-1947," page 88 and front cover. Photo by Paul Dietz. Photo Caption: "Waiting at Irondale for a pusher engine to attach to help our train up Salineville Hill." Shown here is PRR engine #6180, a Q-2 (4-4-6-4) built in Juniata during March of 1945 and retired in December of 1953 ~ a mere eight years after it was out-shopped!
