Title:  PRR "Pennsylvania 612," K-4SA, 1957
Description:  Here is a postal card entitled "Pennsylvania 612." No Postmark. Caption On Reverse: "A photo run during a rail excursion pleases the fans as Pacific K-4 No. 612 blasts through Englishtown, N.J., October 20, 1957." Photo by Mr. Marvin H. Cohen. #612 is a K-4SA (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata as a K-4S during April of 1917, later equipped with a front-end throttle and reclassified as a K-4SA, and retired in April of 1958 after 41 years of faithful service.

Title:  PRR "New Type Passenger Locomotive," K-4S, 1925
Description:  Here is a postal card entitled "Pennsylvania Railroad New Type Passenger Locomotive." Postmarked: 28 March 1925. Caption On Reverse: "Type K-4s Passenger Locomotive." #1737 is a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during May of 1914, renumbered "3750" in 1956, and retired in February of 1960 after 46 years of faithful service. Note the manual reverse, piston rod extension, boiler-tube pilot, bell cord, as well as the old-style electric headlight. #1737 is the original K-4S.

PRR "The Remarkable GG-1," 1962
Title:  PRR "The Remarkable GG-1," 1962
Description:  Here is a postal card entitled "The Remarkable GG-1." No Postmark. Caption On Reverse: "Nearing 90 mph, a Pennsylvania RR GG-1 hums through Edison, NJ, with northbound express to Newark and New York City. There were 140 copies of Raymond Loewy's classic GG-1 design. #4907 was one of few painted in Pennsy's tuscan red. 1962 photo." #4907 is a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built in Juniata during August of 1940, rated at 4,620 horsepower, and retired (by Amtrak) in June of 1981 after 41 years of faithful service. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded.
