Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3747, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during March of 1920 and retired in November of 1957 after 37 years of faithful service. Note the trainman stationed between the second and third coaches, waiting for the last passengers to embark/disembark. |

Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3750, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata as number "1737" during May of 1914, renumbered "3750" in 1956, and retired in February of 1960 after 46 years of faithful service. This is the original K-4S. |

Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5417, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during February of 1927 and retired in August of 1955 after 28 years of faithful service. It's poised for a southbound passenger run from South Amboy to Bay Head Junction on the New York & Long Branch line. |
