Baera 3. Here is the first of two successive photos by an unidentified photographer that were taken near Penn Station in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on 5 May 1957. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #5687, #5692, and another unit whose road number is not recorded. All are B-1 (C) electrics built in Juniata and rated at 570 horsepower each. #5687 was constructed in November of 1934, renumbered "4755" in November of 1966 in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, and retired in January of 1969. #5692 was built in December of 1934 and retired in May of 1967.
