Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Wilmington, Delaware, on 19 March 1939. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3612, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in November of 1913 and retired in March of 1954 after 31 years of faithful service.
