Here is a photo that was included in the "Altoona Area Railroad Pictorial History" edited by Linda White and published in 1996 by The Altoona Mirror, page 63. Photo Caption: "Thomas J. Dent (upper left), yard engineer, and members of his crew with their locomotive at the Altoona rail yards in the early 1900s." Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2825, an H-8B (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during December of 1910 and retired in April of 1939 after 29 years of faithful service.
