PRR 5802, EP-22, c. 1952
Title:  PRR 5802, EP-22, c. 1952
Description:  Mann. Here is a photo that was taken near Baltimore, Maryland, c. 1952. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5802, an EP-22 built by GM-EMD in July of 1952 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. The presence of the pedestrians, the wooden stairsteps, and the GG-1 in the background suggest that this is a public display of PRR equipment. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.)
