Album Info:Here are the front cover and a one-page cover article (in three frames) entitled "These Are The 'Big Wheels' Who Service The Big Wheels." They were published originally in the 1 February 1968 issue of "The Pennsy," page 6. No author is specified. "At this shop, located at Altoona, Pa., they scrap worn-out wheels, revitalize those that can be fixed, and make new wheel assemblies." This is the very last issue of "The Pennsy" magazine ~ in any form ~ for the Pennsylvania Railroad Company ceased to exist on 01 February 1968. Alas....
