Meyers, an employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad who served in the US Armed Forces during the First World War. Inscription On The Reverse: "Honor for Duty, Nobly Done. Presented by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company to H.F. Meyers, an employe of the Pennsylvania System, who served with the Armed Forces of the United States during the World War: April 6, 1917-November 11, 1918."
